User Eligibility

You must be:

Services Description

Earnix provides a platform where users can complete various tasks (watching ads, surveys, offers, micro-tasks) to earn money. We are a marketplace facilitating connections between advertisers and users.

Tasks Include:

• Watching video advertisements
• Completing surveys
• Participating in offer walls
• Solving captcha and micro-tasks
• Sharing short links

Earnings & Payments

Earnings Policy:

• All earnings are non-transferable unless legally required
• Minimum withdrawal amount is $10 USD
• Payments are processed on specific dates: 8th, 18th, and 28th of each month
• Withdrawals typically arrive within 4-7 business days after processing
• If your withdrawal is not received within this timeframe, it will be under review and you will receive a response within 20-25 days
• We reserve the right to withhold payments for suspicious activity
• Earnings may be subject to taxation laws in your country

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Engaging in fraud or deceptive practices
• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Disclaimer of Warranties

Earnix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific earnings amounts
• Availability of tasks
• Data security or privacy

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms and conditions
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate applicable laws
• Default on payment obligations

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Earnix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
